On this Years’ Maecenas Day, which was organized the fifth time in the Műcsarnok in Budapest, the cooperation of the MOM Park and the Molnár Ani Gallery: the Park Gallery– contemporary fine art exhibition series - has won the Summa Artium Prize in the Project category.
The Summa Artium Prizes are given to honour those companies or private entrepreneurs who are collaborating with and prominently supporting culture and arts. The Project Prize can be received by a remarkable cooperation, whose common means are used to support, popularize and integrate contemporary culture.
Through the Park Gallery series the past two years’ work is a recognizable example how a shopping centre and a private gallery can collaborate to convey the values of contemporary art and therefore enrich the local society, too.
Of course, the artists are also part of this success and we are grateful to the exhibiting artists of the Park Gallery:
Tamás Gaál, Zénó Kelemen, Róbert Borsos, Balázs Csepregi, Klára Orosz, Attila Rajcsók, Áron Majoros, Gábor Fülöp, Péter Menasági, Tamás Körösényi
Park Gallery’s next exhibition - The death of the decorator – installation of Balázs Kicsiny - welcomes visitors from 16 December 2009.
